Our home location in Mattawa, Ontario is currently our base for service related work. In many cases, service and warranty issues can be handled at the dealership where you purchased your truck.
Our warranty information is availble for download. There are two types of Warranty Information sheets, Dealership and End User.
- If you purchased your dump body as part of a pre-built truck or a dealer ordered truck package, please refer to the Dump Body Warranty – Dealer version
- If you purchased the Chassis and Dump Body separately, please refer to the Dump Body Warranty – End User Version
Please review our Claim Procedure. It will help reduce the time it takes to process your warranty claim.
Before your Dump Body is serviced, we will undertake an inspection report. A blank Inspection report is available for download for Dump Bodies and for Snow and Ice Equipment.
We offer a shunting service with our installation and service work. If getting to one of our service centres is a problem due to faulty equipment, the cost of fuel or you want to keep mileage to a minimum, we will gladly pick up and deliver your truck or piece of equipment.
