I shop royal why well the guys in Warren at Sherwood ,I feel they go out of their way to get the parts you need they return your phone calls ,look up parts , management is great I parts ,I'm an independent mechanic and with changing economy updated parts technical support on lighting and and pneumatic valve ABS valves , I spend customer money so I look for best pricing and when I do compare prices 1 or 2 out of 6 purchases royal is my choice , I don't usually give good reviews , but these guys deserve one ,

I was having a heck of a time getting my 20' bumper hitch cargo trailer with a custom cabinet interior and aftermarket aluminum ladder rack fixed after somebody had bashed it on the highway, bending half the studs and part of the frame as well as exploding part of my cabinets inside. I brought it to John at Hayworth and he barely even had to look at it he was so confident that they could put it back to the way it was before. He said they fix anything and he wasn't lying. When I finally got it back my trailer was better than before the accident. They did a beautiful job in putting literally everything back to the way it was before. And when I say custom cabinets I mean I hand built them out of some cedar I had lying around, so It was somewhat of an unconventional fix as far as that was concerned, but that didn't faze them.

I recently had a snowplow installed and repaired by Ryan at Drivetec Manufacturing, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. The installation was seamless, and the repair work made my equipment look and function like new. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I highly recommend Drivetec Manufacturing for all your snowplow needs – they truly deliver exceptional quality and service!

Very impressive for a Peterbilt dealership large selection. Very courteous staff. They also have a Fuel Mart for fuel and meals. Large area for truck parking very convenient. Lot of trucks there but plenty of room. Conveniently located right off Interstate 87 in Champlain next to the Canadian border.

Michigans are delicious, buns toasted, tomato based sauce. Have never had a bad meal there and it’s been a north country staple since I was a kid. Omelettes are always great and the home fries, the home fries are what dreams are made of. Staff is always friendly and accommodating no matter how busy they are.

I've bought trailers here and for years, I've relied on them for parts and some repairs. Royal truck is awesome. The folks working in the shop are great. They go out of their way to help. The truck stop is tiny, but very nice. It's clean and the people are friendly. My breakfast was very good.

I've been doing business with Breadner trailers for just under a year now and can definitely say, the motto "ask anyone" holds true. Professional, well managed and a strong product lineup, ask anyone.

Most of the guys here are willing to help in any way, the only down side is that there are so many customers coming in at once that there is always a wait but always worth it

Royal Truck & Utility Trailer is a stand up company! Detroit PAL brought in our box truck for a roll-up door repair/replacement. The wonderful staff did EVERYTHING in their power to maximize the dollars for our non-profit by making sure that we had quality repairs at affordable rates. They went over and beyond any reasonable expectation for service. I can't thank Chris and his staff of professionals enough for the wonderful work in making our 20 year old truck seem like new again! Absolutely worth the stop. I had the Philly cheese steak dinner plate and it was delicious. The bread was fresh and soft, and everything tasted like the love that must be in that woman's heart back in the kitchen. The meal made my trip.

Also there is plenty of parking and it is a great opportunity to fuel up on Diesel.

Bruce was our sales guy, he was very professional, and really informed on the product he was selling, we felt really comfortable to go ahead and buy with him, he was more of a friend than a pushy sales guy, i highly recommend their services amazing trailer and great customer service.

I didn't need anything major, but it could have turned into something bad. These guys got me right in and had me fixed in 47 minutes. Great people.

All aftermarket parts not only for trailers but also for trucks.. i get parts from there at great prices... lubes and coolant are to expensive.. the wait can be crazy . Overall not bad compared to others

You order at the counter and then go sit down and they bring the food to you. I wasn't expecting much, but got a really tasty bacon cheeseburger with wonderful fresh cut fries. I was surprised at how good it was and even more surprised at the price. I had a burger, fries, a bottled drink out of the cooler and a piece of chocolate peanut butter pie for $11. That's unheard of, especially at a truck stop!

Could use more parking for visiting driver's, the food is great and associates are very nice and treat you like family.
