1978
Gingras Corriveau’s humble beginning began as a family business in 1978 and grew to become a true leader in the vocational truck, trailer and service industry today.
2002
Gingras Coriveau becomes GINCOR Industries as Luc Stang takes over the helm, becoming CEO & President.
2015
By 2015 GINCOR had become Canada’s largest vocational upfitter with manufacturing, installation, service and customization capabilities. Fueling the companies success saw the acquisition of Durabody in 2015.
2016
Innovative installation practices and a focus on continuous improvement led GINCOR to expand its product offering by acquiring JC Trailers in 2016.
2017
The opening of GINCOR Trailer Werx (formerly the Blenheim operation of Cross Country Trailers) in December 2017, secured GINCOR’s position as Canada’s largest supplier of truck equipment and trailers.
2020
GINCOR Werx has been certified as A Great Place to Work®
2022
GINCOR Werx is very pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Drivetec Manufacturing effective October 1st, 2022. Drivetec brings expertise in service of hydraulics, drivelines, suspension systems, vehicle alterations as well as distribution of key components to the truck and trailer industry.
2023
GINCOR Werx was recognized for its industry-leading performance, its global business practices, and its sustained growth by receiving the prestigious 2023 Canada’s Best Managed Companies award.
2024
GINCOR Werx is very pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Wiltsie Truck Bodies Ltd. effective February 29, 2024. Wiltsie brings expertise, tradition, and devotion in custom truck body designs.
2025
GINCOR Werx is named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the third consecutive year.
