Had a issue with a broken leaf spring in my Nissan Frontier. Because I'm new to Sudbury I decided to google search and found this business. I called and was asked to bring the truck in the next morning. The job was completed promptly within an hour and a half. The professionalism, expertise and exceptional customer service was amazing, and should I need repair for the same issue on the other side this is definitely where I would go. The front office employee was very welcoming and accommodating. All around great experience.

I contacted Gincor 2 days ago to see if they would make a fireplace grate for me for use in my barrel sap evaporator. The staff at Gincor were very responsive. I met with manager Brandon the next day to look at my plan. Brandon agreed to build the item and I picked it up the next day. It’s perfect. The guys did a great job, for a very fair price and built my item much quicker than I expected. Thank you Gincor!! I also contacted two companies in North Bay initially. Neither one even bothered to phone me back.

Brought my trailer into JC in Keswick for a full service from a reputable shop, they did the service but I was unhappy with a minor issue, communicated it to the people of JC and they were quick to respond with getting it back in and taking care of our concern, Will come again for sure.
