How it works

Select your preferred appointment time during office hours or after hours. All sessions are prepaid and confirmed by email.

Install AnyDesk on the computer that will be connected to the truck and ensure the required cables are available on-site.

Complete the Wheel Monitor request form with your business and truck information.

At your scheduled time, a technician connects remotely, runs live system checks, reviews fault data, and pinpoints issues.

You receive a professional diagnostic summary with recommended actions — whether that’s a simple fix or further service.
