Live Bottom Trailers for Northern Ontario
Move aggregate, asphalt and other bulk materials efficiently with live bottom trailers built for demanding hauling and unloading applications.
GINCOR Werx manufactures live bottom trailers and truck-mounted live bottoms for paving, construction, mining, municipal and other bulk-material hauling operations throughout Northern Ontario.

Controlled Unloading Without Raising the Trailer
Live bottom trailers use a moving conveyor floor to discharge material from the rear of the trailer rather than raising the trailer body.
This provides controlled unloading while keeping the trailer in its normal operating position. It can be particularly useful at jobsites where overhead clearance, unloading conditions or site configuration make conventional end-dump unloading less practical.
For contractors and fleet operators moving material between plants, pits, stockpiles and jobsites, a live bottom provides another option for building the hauling operation around the conditions in which the trailer actually needs to work.
Why Consider a Live Bottom Trailer?
The right unloading system depends on the material, jobsite and operating requirements.
A live bottom may be worth considering when your operation requires:
The goal is not simply to select a trailer by capacity. Material, route, unloading location and operating conditions should all be considered together.

GINCOR Werx Live Bottom Configurations
GINCOR Werx manufactures live bottom equipment in multiple trailer lengths and axle configurations to support different hauling requirements.
Live Bottom Trailer Applications
GINCOR Werx live bottom trailers can support a wide range of Northern Ontario hauling operations.

PAVING & ASPHALT
Transport and discharge asphalt and other paving materials for road construction, resurfacing and highway projects. GINCOR identifies live bottoms as a core part of its paving equipment lineup.

AGGREGATE & CONSTRUCTION
Move sand, gravel, aggregate and other bulk materials for construction, roadbuilding and site-development applications.

MINING & QUARRY OPERATIONS
Transport aggregate, sand, gravel and other bulk materials between pits, processing areas, stockpiles and work sites. The ability to unload without raising the trailer can also be beneficial where site configuration or overhead clearance needs to be considered.

MUNICIPAL & ROADWORK
Live bottom trailers can be used for controlled unloading of aggregate and other bulk materials used in municipal roadwork, infrastructure and material-handling applications.

SPECIALIZED PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE
GINCOR Werx also offers a microsurfacing live bottom configuration for pavement-maintenance applications.
Choose the Live Bottom Around the Application
Before selecting a live bottom trailer, consider how and where the equipment will actually be used.
Important requirements can include:
GINCOR Werx offers multiple live bottom configurations, so identifying these requirements early helps narrow the equipment options to those suited to the operation.
Parts, Service & Live Bottom Trailer Support
Productivity depends on keeping hauling equipment operating.
GINCOR Werx provides parts, service and post-sales support for its equipment. If your operation needs replacement components, maintenance, repairs or assistance identifying the appropriate support resource, provide the trailer model, equipment information and your location so the inquiry can be directed to the appropriate GINCOR Werx team.
