The trucking community came together once again in Athens, Ontario, for the 11th annual Athens Truck Show, held August 21–22, 2026, at G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction.
Hosted by the Upper Canada Chapter of the Antique Truck Club of America, the two-day event brought together an impressive collection of trucks, ranging from carefully preserved classics and antiques to modern working trucks and custom builds. With no formal judging, the focus remained on the trucks, the people behind them and a shared appreciation for the trucking industry.
The Tackaberry property provided a fitting backdrop for the weekend. In addition to hosting the show, the property is home to a private museum featuring an extensive collection of historic trucks and equipment, offering visitors another unique look at the history of the industry.
GINCOR Werx was proud to support this year’s event with a donation and to have members of our team in attendance. The weekend provided a valuable opportunity to connect with customers, strengthen industry relationships and make new connections within the trucking community.
Live music, food vendors and evening LED light shows added to the atmosphere throughout the weekend. With free spectator admission and donations welcomed in support of the Athens Food Bank, the event also continued its strong focus on giving back to the local community.
